🍌Layer 1: banana smoothie

🍌1 banana, frozen

🍌150 ml milk

🍌2 tablespoons Greek yogurt



🍌1 packet 4Life TF Collagen

🍌2 tablespoons instant oats


🥑Layer 2: avocado smoothie

🥑1 avocado, cubed

🥑150 ml milk

🥑2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

🥑1 packet 4Life TF Collagen

🥑1 teaspoon chia seeds

1⃣ Make banana smoothie and avocado smoothie separately in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2⃣ Pour the banana smoothie in a glass.
